Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

1. Using Orbit

By adding Orbit to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service.

2. Fair use

Don't use Orbit to harass people, spam, raid or break Discord's rules. We may block servers or users that abuse the bot.

3. No guarantees

Orbit is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uptime or that it is free of errors. Server staff are responsible for the moderation actions they take with it.

4. Premium

Orbit is currently free. We may later offer an optional paid Premium plan with extra features. If that happens, the terms and price will be shown clearly before anyone pays, and nobody will be charged without choosing to subscribe.

Donations are voluntary and help pay for hosting. As a thank you, donors get priority support and a Donator rank in the Orbit support server, given by hand after the payment is confirmed. Donations don't unlock bot features, perks can be removed if someone breaks the server rules, and donations are not refundable except where the law requires it. Payments are handled by PayPal.

5. Changes

Features and these terms may change at any time. Continuing to use Orbit means you accept the updated terms.

6. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
