What we store

When Orbit is in your server, it stores, separately for each server:

• Server settings: channel and role IDs, feature toggles, welcome message text and the blocked-word list.
• Moderation records: warnings and staff strikes (user ID, moderator ID, reason and time).
• Community features: vouches, giveaway entries, open ticket info and application panels, plus the time of a user's last application.

What we don't store

Orbit reads messages in channels it can see to run auto-mod, AFK replies and commands, but message content is not saved. Ticket transcripts and application answers are posted to your server's own channels; the bot does not keep copies.

How we use it

Only to make Orbit's features work in the server where the data was created. We never sell or share data and don't use it for advertising.

Donations

Donations on this website are processed by PayPal. Your card or PayPal details go straight to PayPal; we never see or store them. PayPal shares your name, email and the amount with us so we can see who donated. If you enter your Discord username, it's attached to the payment only so we can give you your Donator rank.

Cookies

This website doesn't use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies come from PayPal, and only after you click Accept, because PayPal needs them to process donations securely. If you decline, you can still use the whole website; only the donation buttons stay off. If you accept, your choice is saved in your browser. If you decline, we only remember it until you close your browser, so you'll be asked again next time. You can change your choice anytime with the Cookies link at the bottom of the page.

Deleting your data

• All of a server's data is deleted automatically when Orbit is removed from it.
• Server staff can remove warnings, strikes and vouches with bot commands.
• For anything else, ask us in the support server.
